Danni Francis, General Manager
After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Industries, majoring in Public Relations and Entertainment Management, Danni went on to work as a marketing professional for 6 years. Her experience includes PR Officer for Operation Smile. Marketing Coordinator for Emporium Hotels and Marketing Manager for Dicky Beach Surf Club.
Since commencing her role within the club industry, Danni took a liking to the operational side of the business, where she commenced with the Aspley Hornets as Operations Manager and now as General Manager.

Anne Stevenson, Finance Manager
Anne has extensive knowledge of the Club Industry, with over 30 years’ experience – 17 years of which have been with the Aspley Hornets. She commenced with the Hornets in a role that included gaming reconciliation, accounts and payroll, where she then moved upwards to Office Manager, Administration Manager and now Finance Manager.
Anne’s role involves administration for both the football department, as well as the licensed club. Part of her role is an internal auditor, where she ensures all financial and cash related transactions are correct and compliant. As a long term employee, Anne has seen many changes and has assisted in growing the club to what it is today – a thriving destination.

Mark Perkins, General Manager of Football
After coaching senior football for 10 years in Victoria, Mark relocated to Brisbane in 02’ where he was offered the job as Football Manager for the Sandgate Hawks. After a few years with the Hawks, Mark accepted a position with the Aspley Hornets as Football Operations Manager in 05’.
Mark has been an integral part of the Football Club assisting the Hornets to rise from second division AFLQ to playing three grand finals in the second tier National NEAFL Competition, where the Club secured the 2014 Premiership.

Victoria Ahearn, Sales & Events Manager
She spent 4 years in the UK working for Regent Inns in a climbing management role, where key projects included setting licensing standards and working for other group sites throughout the North of England. She has been with the Hornets for over 5 years now, starting the Café and working up to Café Supervisor and now as Food & Beverage Manager.
