The U13 girls enjoyed a hard fought game on Sunday at Akuna Oval and celebrated Emma Warner’s 50th career game with solid win over Kenmore. After 40 games and 3 seasons at the Pine Rivers Swans Emma has found a new home at the Hornets and has quickly become an integral member of the team. Emma plies her trade in the half forward line and rotates into the ruck roving role as well. Her hard ball gets and penetrating kicks are a feature of her footy. She often helps in the ruck and uses her body and athleticism to great effect. With a great work ethic and a ready smile, Emma is a pillar of the team.
