The Aspley Hornets AFC is Australian Rules Football Club on the Northside of Brisbane.
The Club has a proud and rich history that has been the hallmark of its existence since 1964. The club currently has nine Senior teams and over 480 junior players.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced motivated individuals to fill the following positions for the 2019 season.
- QWAFL Reserves Women’s Coach
- QWAFL Reserves Women’s Assistant Coach
- QWAFL Women’s Development Coach
- QFA Colts (Under 18s) Coach
- AFLBJ Under 16s Div 1 Coach
- AFLBJ Under 17 Youth Girls Coach
The QWAFL positions advertised will assist the QWAFL Senior Coach in implementing a football program based on strong leadership, elite standards, individual player development and education and a structured game style.
The QFA Colts, Under 16s & Under 17s positions will form an integral part of our development pathway for Junior players to become Senior Footballers at the Aspley Hornets in either our NEAFL Team, QFA Div 1 or QWAFL Teams.
The successful candidates will undergo performance assessments regularly with appropriate professional development measures subject to need, as well as being prepared to be part of a team that will be dedicated to promoting the Club’s brand and culture.
